ECHOTECH Shipping Policy

ECHOTECH currently ships to the following destinations:
- Domestic: All 50 states of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International: Select countries worldwide. Please check our checkout page for the list of available countries.

 3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping
- **Standard International Shipping:** 7-21 business days
- **Express International Shipping:** 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and postal delays.

 5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number you can use to track your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ECHOTECH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages
ECHOTECH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may have restrictions due to local laws in your country. Please ensure that the product you are purchasing complies with local laws and regulations.

9. Missing or Lost Packages
If you believe your package is missing or has been lost, please contact our support team at support@echotech.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
